We have a 14-day return policy. If you notice any issues or damage with your order, please contact us at the email address below. We will promptly and courteously process your refund or reshipment.

If your order is damaged or defective, please include photos or videos showing the damage when you contact us via email. This will help us resolve the issue more smoothly, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, for returns due to customer convenience, the shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. Damage and Issues

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for certain types of products, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, and provided there are no issues, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
